The billing problem is mostly there with data plans so better to use with low balance data pack activated on prepaid than postpaid and use other sim for voice.

I sent post on vodafone india facebook page with feedback. I dont know which led to start my services and now address is reflecting in my account means docs updated. But I had to escalate issue. I didnt submitted new copy. You ask them to give confirmation in written like in my case I asked them and read more...
I sent email to vodafone customer care and nodal officer with all history and my services got resumed. In the meanwhile I purchased new Airtel prepaid which is my loss. I have made a complaint to pgportal.gov.in to DOT also.

They don't bother about customer. If you need to call customer care, you need atleast 1 hour of your time in a day to tell them what is the issue.
