This is to express the bad experience with one of the top mobile network providers in India, Airtel.
I have been using their services for more than ten years and recently changed the tariff for two of my numbers which has flat rates whether alled clocal mobile, STD mobile, local fixed line or STD fixed line i.e. 0.01p/2 seconds. Please stay informed that I opted for this package after seeing this on their website, but! this tariff was removed the next day I got both my numbers activated.
The bill and "bill plan" section on my account of airtel website said 0.03p/2 seconds for fixed line( local/STD), but I have an excel sheet mailed by Airtel executive, which mentioned as 0.01p/2 seconds for fixed line too.
Further which I contacted Airtel many times to get this corrected in my bill and "bill plan" and till date it has not been rectified. On 24-Oct I received a call from Airtel asking me to escalate this and I forwarded the mail to nodalofficer.kk@in.airtel.com, but till date the mail seems to be not read:(
Whenever I call 121 to speak with their Executive, the first question, "for verification purpose please provide your email ID" and when I provide the mail ID in which I am receiving regular communication from Airtel, they say "sorry sir, it is wrong" and they have still kept my previous corporate email ID for the company I am no more working. I have already told them few hundred times to update the email ID but in vain.
