Hey dude, relax!!. i've been using SE K550i for quite sometime and lemmie tell you, I haven't faced any such problems like you said. I also have lot more friends and colleagues using the same model. I suggest you to fix it up with sony guys, as there might be som problem with your set.

Hi, I hope you don’t know how to handle a four stroke bike. I seriously doubt you won’t be in a position to handle even a YAMAHA 500 CC, if given. Guys, let me tell you my experience with my CT 100.
