I wanted to open an account with Allahabad Bank which is near my house. I visited the branch and my very first experience was not good as the guard on duty was very rude and did not allow me to even enter the branch stating that the business hours are over about 5 minutes ago. Anyway, I went again next day in morning. The counter staff didn’t even look at me and pointed to the next counter. Next counter I got the Application Form but when I enquired about the details, I was asked whether I can read or not. Some how I filled up the form, I was rudely asked to get an introduction from some account holder. Well, that was too much. No body cares for the customers. Till date I did not open my account with the Bank and I will never recommend it to any of my friends.
