Hi guys today I will tell you some pros and cons about amazon which is the most popular shopping center for all those who love to do shopping.
Pros-Its packaging is just awesome. They deliver goods as quickly as possible. Their refund policy is excellent.I will tell about my recent order in amazon.I bought a back case for my onplus one and it was not fitting my phone properly.so I requested for return.2 weeks and then also no respone from the seller.then I complained to amazon service center and talked to them.then they started refund gauranteed policy and they gave me my money back.then did not took the cover also.that is why I told that the refund policy is just awesome.
Cons-the only con is the return time its only 10 days.It is sufficient but compairing to flipcart its return policy is less because flipcart offers 30 days of return policy.
So I request amazon to do change in this particular aspect other wise its the most popular and most reliable shopping center of india.
