I have purchased boat head phone from Amazon. My son received the same on 5th September 2024.
It worked well for 2 days and then after it stop working, it use to get on and get off immediately.
I called amazon for refund on 8th the phone officer told this is taken care by specialists and transferred the call. He told that he will raise the ticket for replacement and pick up will be done on 9th September 2024 and he intentionally disconnected the call.
My son waited for pickup which never happened.
I called on 10th where it was shock to me that ticket wasnit raised. It was just fake and false confirmation was given. I called thrice and ever time I was kept waiting for 10 minutes.
Third time person call Amarjet specialist was on call. First of all please think twice before buying any product from Amazon. They have become worst, horrible, pathetic, Irresponsible, unprofessional and un reliable.
The person told he will place refund after 10 minutes he tells that my pickup address was not registered.
I WANT TO KNOW IF MY ADDRESS WAS NOT REGISTERED HOW PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED. OR IT WAS THROWN BY DRONE.
DOES AMAZON HAVE ANY CUSTOMER CHARTERED, THEY JUST BELIVE IN FOOLING THE CUSTOMER, TAKE THEM FOR RIDE, HARRASHING THEM, GIVING THEM PAIN AND AGONY.
AMAZON ESCAPES FROM TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY .
THEY TOLD THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED IN INTACT SITUATION SO ITS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY AND CONTACT BOAT.
THE SELLER IS HORRIBLE AND UNRELIABLE, HE HAD ONE PIECE AND WAS KNOWING IT WAS DEFECTIVE HE SOLD.
AMAZON IS FAKE LIKE OTHER APP, NO DUE DILIGENENCE OF SELLER NO VERIFICATION.
THE PHONE CUSTOMER CARE PERSON WAS ARROGANT, IRRESPONSIBLE AND UN PROFESIONAL. HE CLEARLY TOLD I CANNOT HELP AS MY PICK UP ADDRESS IS NOT REGISTERED. HE WAS NOT READY TO HELP, ASSIST OR LISTEN. HE INTENTIONALLY AND NOT WILLING TO ASSIST AND HELP HE DELIBERATELY DISCONNECTED THE CALL.
THIS CLEARLY DEPICTS AND CONFIRMS AMAZON, LETHARGIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. THEY JUST WANT TO SELL PRODUCT SND ESCAPE FROM RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY. KEEP CUSTOMER IN SOUP AND HARRASH. THEY ARE REALL PATHETIC AND RIDICULOUS.
THINK MANY FOLD BEFORE BUYING PRODUCT ONLINE THROUGH AMAZON. IT BETTER TO BUY FROM AUTHORISED OR REPUTED DEALER IN PERSON.
Social media team is arrogant and Irresponsible. They dont have attitude to help and resolve the problem.
Just escape from their responsibility, fooling and harrashing the customer.

THEY STATE REPLACEMENT TILL 15TH SEPTEMBER NOW THEY ARE BLUNTLY REFUSING AND TELLING LIE.
