AMAZON HAS MOVED AWAY TO BE CUSTOMER CENTRIC, THEY ARE SO ARROGANT AND ADAMANT THAT NEGATIVE REVEIW DOESN'T BOTHER THEM, THEY ARE HARDLY CONCERENED WITH CUSTOMER. THE CAN SURVIVE WITHOUT CUSTOMER.
