Big time fan and a regular buyer from Amazon.in. Nothing can beat its services, policies, processes, website depth etc etc.
One of the example is that I bought a Karbonn mobile and after using for 2 days, I found it worst. I requested Amazon about the same and they refunded me entire amount without asking any question. An example of great customer service.
In another example, my Nokia mobile was delivered overnight. I placed an order of in night and the next day morning, I had the mobile in my hand. Awesome logistics. Now, if I had to write anything which they need to improve.I can’t. Coz till now, I have had smooth experience in the nearly 10 different transactions which I have placed with them.
