Mr. Singh...Thank you for your comment...I will try to contact the store as well. But, there standad reply will be that 'our godown is at Bhiwandi. It will come from there, we have nothing in our hand. ' Nonetheless, I will try.
I sent the same review as an email to Travel Port. The very next day, I got a call from their customer care executive and finally they had agreed to book a room for me. Trip went well. I'm fully agree with you...They have horrible policies. They have rejected my vouchers twice despite the fact that they have a huge flaw in their policies. I would never recommend Travel Port to anybody. You are right, it really sucks.
