I had placed order on Amazon India.

I didn’t liked the quality of product so returned it they processed the refund on 19th December 2017.
Almost 8 days have been passed refund is not showing on my card. I tried contacting bank but they clearly told me contact with Amazon.
Now I mailed these fraudsters 2-3 times and they are not willing to help me this.
Hope this will reach to their upper management and sortout the issue.
