Still no response from dtdc. Looks like they running monkey business.. No ethics... Just fool people..
Don't go for dtdc, go for blue dart or even India speed post but don't go for dtdc
If you are staying near Panvel area don't go for dtdc. Go for blue dart, or even India speed post, at least they to respond
Btw my address is very nearby Panvel, just 5-6 km. Do they have recruited tortoises as courier guys? And bunch of monkeys as customer support representatives?
Thank god. After many follow-up with FedEx got the item delivered on 17 October. FedEx must improve tracking of orders, if its taking more time then informing to customers. This will really help us.

Today I see status as 'Out for delivery - Beyond delivery area'. The address is in Pune, and I guess it is just 15 Km distance from Aramex office.
The shipment tracking number is 4695750835.
I think ’’Cash on Delivery’’ option is good.. Buy any item.... if they wish (really bothered) to sell their products then they will deliver it to you... then u pay for it... :) at least you will not worry about the money :)
