I had made 5 paraphrase till today, and I am happy about all the purchases. Delivery was always prompt, on or before the committed date. I could find competitive price as well.
I had faced many issues with other online portals such as Tradus/Shopclues etc (have written the details in respective categories).
The major reason behind this review is one of the incidents that happened yesterday. After placing the order, I lost my mobile and was unable to make a duplicate. But on a single call with customer care, without much hassle I was able to change the number and the product got delivered on the same day, as expected. (What makes the difference is, from past 4 days I am trying to update the number on another purchase, I made 2 days before this purchase, with other leading online store).
Another thing to be mentioned is the delivery person’s attitude. He started the conversation with a greetings and very polite. I am very happy with the service.
