Alrighty, I was surprised that there wasn’t even 1 good review about this courier. Well, I had ordered a few books from Flipkart; and it was shipped through Blue Dart. I couldn’t contact them, and the package was delayed by 7-8 days (after it was shipped). Then I ordered from Flipkart again, and this time my books were shipped through Aramex; I got really worried because I didn’t see any recommendations on this site. Anyway two days later I wasn’t home (didn’t expect the courier to come so soon), and then the next day I got a phone call from Aramex saying that they tried to deliver but there wasn’t anyone home. This got me really happy - even in the US my couriers would never arrive that soon.
About two hours after the phone call I got my package in perfect condition. Even Aramex’s website looks great: they updated the status of my package continually. Blue Dart on the other hand just said: "Status: Please contact customer service". I have tried dozens of couriers (counting the ones in the US) and Aramex, by far, is the best I’ve used so far.
