They do not visit you and simply update their status as Door Closed none available. Whereas when I called their customer service number (fortunately it was working) The lady said that it will be delivered within 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM which I realized later was a blatant lie (simply to put off the customer as the lines of cust service would close after that).. When I called again today morning... the lady on the line was very rude and simply said.. we had made an attempt of delivery and since you were not there it will be rescheduled to today. On insisting that the status there was a lie.. she said, she would update the concerned dept for the same. I am feeling really cheated as all of you here.. and would never recommend Armex to anyone.
