@hkmalik You are indeed right!! I was a fool that I got lured to the advertisements from them.
@ sweetypie_guitar : I have used ebay it has a better service. Guess Amazon Also has a better service. Rest all seems to be selling low quality products at cheap price and the service of both the seller and the couriers they select seem to be pathetic and not worth mentioning
The courier finally reached me today morning 8:30 AM. And also got a call from Customer Service Manager apologizing for the trouble.
Finally got a call from Aramex.. at around 9:30 PM. According to them they have tried to deliver the package at 1:00 PM though I had logged a request to send it around 5:30 PM. Updates of Yesterday!! Franatic calls to Aramex didn't yield any results... Except and SMS in the evening asking me to contact them. On calling them..
