Fake Delivery-Updates

My courier was picked up from Mahipalpur as on Feb 4th and reached Bangalore on 5th Feb. They didn’t send the courier for delivery as on 5th. But have updated statuses on both 6th and 7th as "Attempted Delivery - No One Home / Delivery Rescheduled for Next Business Day".


This is not true as we are home 24*7.


None turned up to deliver from aramex on the said dates. When called up the customer care they assured that the courier will be delivered today by evening for sure.


In recent past also I have had similar experience where there were updates about attempted delivery which had not happened. When asked the response from the customer care was that - "Owing to too many things to deliver and less human power they just postpone deliveries for next business day and update the status as attempted delivery".


This is plain atrocious and ridiculous tactics practiced by Aramex.


Needs too many follow-ups before you get the courier delivered. I just wish the online sites I shop with stop their alliance with this so called delivery unlimited Courier guys.


Worst service provider I would say. Given a choice, would never opt their service! See the attached image which says the Shipment type as Overnight Parcel. So much so for overnight
