Very ture. Lousiest customer care with no care for answering the questions. I am trying from last 10 days to get an order completed which they have goofed up from their side. Pathetic cust care to say the least.

Hi Thanks for your comment. When I said the product expired, it seems to have expired a long time back not recently. Its not easy to write off amounts, its because of our inability to go for shopping that we move on to online shopping and if I can go and send courier etc I could have very well bough read more...
