AWB NO 4695749111 It was parcel booked from Delhi to Kharagpur. The parcel reached kolkata on 14 Dec 2012 as reflected in the print screen attached. Kolkata to Kharagpur is three hours journey but still(20 Dec 2012) I am yet to receive the parcel.
Moreover they updated their online tracking system that the parcel is delivered 17 Dec 2012 where on ground nothing reached to me.I contacted their customer care on 18 Dec as well as 19 Dec 12 but they were clueless why the tracking system is displaying like that and both time they promised me to deliver the parcel next day.Still I am yet to get the parcel.I tell everybody who so ever reads these lines that its a real pain to deal with this Aramex guys.Spend some amount extra if required but for heaven sake don’t use Aramex courier service
