I have the same experience.But in my case I have not received the delivery till date. Aramex provides one of the worst courier service.

Dear Percy Avari you commented that the parcel will be delivered on 22 Dec 12 but still(22 Dec 12,1558hrs) the parcel has not been delivered.This is how you keep the promise.Your lower staffs have been promising in the same way for last 12 days.
