I have ordered a product through ebay and they send it through aramex. My AWP number is 4409519741. Till now I called their customer care like 15 times and each time they say it will be delivered today sir. I have not seen such pathetic courier service in my lifetime.
The status is showing that "Out for delivery" from the morning. When I called at 5 and asked why it is delayed they said that it will be delivered by 7. I asked them to give the person contact details who is going to deliver it but they said they don’t have it. I have made a call 2 days back and said that I am leaving on friday night and you need to deliver it before that.
They even promised me that they will deliver it before that. But they never did. When I call customer care and asked to forward it to higher authority they said they can’t do it. I asked them to give phone number, they said they don’t have it. I am really not going to use aramex service in the future. I am really pissed of with this.
