At last i have to go to their office and collect it. It is a way of my money and time because i have to stay in home for two days thinking it will be delivered that day.
Now the online status shows 'Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled'. How can they post such a fake status. I have been in home from the morning and i haven't even stepped out today. I get lot of other couriers and mails to the same address. At last i am planning to go to read more...
When i called customer care and asked to transfer the call, they just cut the call. Is this way to talk to customers? They cut the call twice.
