Worst Ever Customer Support, a complete fraud

I have ordered "Branded Universal Power Bank 10400 Mah Combio Of 3 Pack" from the website on 10 July 2015 and the order id for the same is AB4005512.


On 26 July I have received this order and found this product is not good. It got charged in 10 minutes and also drained in 10 minutes. This is not of 10400 mah. So I filed a return request on 27 July 2015 for which I have been told that the product will be picked up and my money will be returned to my Cred824it card account.


Till today I have made various calls and also received few calls from their side but still no resolution. Here are the call details that I made. I want to tell you here that these all call made by me costs me as STD Call:

  7. 04 Sep 2015 - 136 Sec Call




  8. 07 Sep 2015 - 1552 Sec Call




  9. 09 Se 2015 - 336 Sec Call




  10. 09 Sep 2015 - 452 Sec Call




  11. 23 Sep 2015 - 445 Sec Call






Each time I have been told different things like we will refund you first then we will pickup. Sometimes I have been told that first there will be pickup and then refund will be made as per company policy.


Then on 4 Sep call I have been told that the refund have been made. But I did not get any refund. They asked for my bank statement on their email id help@aSkmabazaar.com and I immediately sent that.


I received 3 calls from their side on a single day telling me that yes there was some problem with the refund but do not worry we will pick the product in 5 working days and then we will refund the amount.


This was the case of 12 Sep but till date no pickup was made and even my money got stuck with this fraud company.


Regarding this I once again called today and still they are telling me that the refund have been made on 1 Sep which I never got and also sent the proof on their email for which they already agreed.


I have all the call recordings with me that I made and even of the incoming calls I received from them.


I can show anyone about my proofs.


So I will strongly recommend to not to buy anything from this website as they have duplicate products and their customer support is the worst ever customer support.


As you can see for taking 649 rupees refund I have been made a lot of calls and still my problem is not solved.


Keep away yourself from this website.
