Asus notebook series which I have bought os one of my worst experiences of laptops. Within 6 months from the date of purchase, the laptop started malfunctioning automatically. Asus service centres work very poorely. Its better not to invest money in laptop for this company. Their whole range of services are poor and pathetic. Prefer not to be a part of this company. On the issue of user friendly the product is quite above average. This thing gives you some sense of relaxness. Reliability and satisfaction part is below average and very poor. If a person has greater value for money the person should not prefer this product. And also the service and support is below average. It is very poor.
