I was duped by an Aviva agent into buying a policy. I was a new investor and he explained a decent plan. Having understood the plan I filled the application form by myself. The agent took the filled up form and updated the policy name on his own. He explained me a policy in which I had to invest for 3 yrs and then no investments were necessary etc etc..and wrote the name of a policy in which I had to pay for 20 yrs. On top of this to avoid being caught he used other agents name on the form. WHAT A PLAN!!! I explained everything to Aviva and Aviva is unable to answer my questions.
In fact they are avoiding my questions. I came across few very aged people who have been duped by Aviva agents in the same fashion and for amounts double that of mine... Aviva is aware of this malpractice is preferring to overlook this as they are getting business at the cost of common mans hard earned money. I am now decided to take legal course against Aviva.
NEVER INVOLVE IN ANY BUSINESS IN AVIVA. Attention: IF YOU TOO HAVE BEEN DUPED BY AVIVA PLEASE SHARE YOUR DETAILS AND WE WILL TAKE THIS FIGHT FURTHER.
There was nothing below poor to rate or else I would have used that to rate Aviva.
