gdroy.. that was initial ownership exp. By the end of it I realized that Tikona was one of the worst service providers. I am going to remove my positive comments and will be putting in the latest horrific experience which I had.
In last few months it has been horrific experience for me using Tikona. Thes guys are fakers and even have wrong speedmeters. Pathetic customer service.

Sir you are wasting your time. If you have not chosen any other service by now, please do so. I also was with sify for 1.5 months lost 1500 RS(800setup charges + 699 first month charges) and switched my service to Tikona Broadband which is working well for me.
