Worst service by the Bank. Unfortunately, I opened current account in sector 51 branch in Noida. I have never undergone this kind of 3rd class banking experience and I am doing banking with various banks since last 20 years.
Few things I can say:-
a. Totally untrained, rough staff. Hardly any knowledge of handling accounts specially internet banking.
b. Deaf and dumb people sitting in corporate office. They also prefer to pass on the buck and will never give you any solution to problem.
c. Without any clue to me , they have changed passwords of my account and I am struggling from last 4 months. Submitted all kinds of documents but they are unable to do anything. Service cannot go beyond these levels.
d. Written to their corporate office also several times but they seem to be equally helpless.
SHAME LESS STAFF, SHAME LESS SERVICE, SHAME LESS MANAGEMENT.
THESE kind of Banks can only survive in our country and still boast themselves about their services. First opportunity, I will close my account and would rather shift to some professional bank. These people cant even write proper address.
Hopeless, hopeless, hopeless.
Do not bank with axis bank. If you bank with them, do it at your own risk and if you expect any kind of service , forget it...RBI surely should cancel license of such 3rd class bank.
