Useless internet provider. No service, no speed. They are only reachable at the time of renewal. Otherwise no one picks any numbers. AVOID.

Its totally FAKE. Response given by them is that you write to our customer care which I have already written way back. They are not doing ANYTHING on that and here they have posted RESPONSE GIVEN. HEIGHT OF CHEATING.

Do not waste your money. Rather donate it somewhere . At least you will have lot of piece of mind.
Who will take responsibility of marketing department if not the company ? A very bad reasoning that company is good but marketing team is bad. Marketing team is only as good as company's policies. No response at all. Already more than 2 weeks gone. From this only, anybody can judge the type of company it is. Really shameless. Will update in case there is any remedy / resolution given by company. Meanwhile preparing to file case with consumer redressal.
Also written to their central customer care on 23rd December. Nobody is bothered at all.
