Worst customer service

I had a bank account here. Worst customer service. when you apply for credit card, they ll humiliate your salary is less and when u get irritated and shout then they ll convince and give the card. And when compared to other banks these credit cards are useless.


After 3 months trial I cancelled mine after settling all amount. when a travel agent redirected my cancelled ticket amount to this credit card gateaway their true identity came. They accepted the request to transfer money to my bank account. Then don’t know what happened they told I want to make a settlement for Rs 14450. I was shocked and after giving all datas, those idiots says no balance due in my credit card but I have to submit my last credit card payment slip through email then only they ll transfer my 458Rs. I was pissed off. Go for Central government banks they are more reliable.
