i have seen many indian companies who pay better. i guess you might have joined in a span of 1-2years. around 2010 end may be. btw guess you are working only in one location. if you have worked in t*****m then you might have known about the issues people experienced. i will not agree about work pressure, it depends on your project. Regarding CTC it is not upto industrial standards. i worked in this company for more than three years and if you check atmost all old employees have left this company because of poor HR policies
