I bought a Bag It Today(Book My Holiday) holiday offer on 6th August.
The executive Rohan Gupta, said it will be for four persons with no age bar and I will get some other vouchers worth Rs 3000 along with it. It is a limited offer for selected customers.
Then no customer support shocking.
There was no information even after follow up after payment except payment acknowledgement. After so many phone calls(no guarantee of response even after holding line for more than 35 minutes mostly) and emails I received the booklet on 29th August.
It says it is for 2 Adults and 2 children instead of 4 persons of any age. After further follow up it was replied it is for head count 4.
The gift voucher of Rs 3000 I have not received till date.
I am much disappointed with their service and will never suggest for them.
