I had the same opinion but service at my current location, Anushakti Nagar (Near chembur) is terrible see AWB 42682375212 marked premises closed falsely and even not delivered after scheduling it between 3 PM to 6 PM.

Paytm is a mixed bag..it works well for recharges but for shop where it relies on other merchants the response is BAD. I have been waiting for reverse pick up of order 606838282 since 1st October and have raised many tickets for its return and refund but every time paytm says it will pick up in 2-3 read more...

I am not finding the way to get the payment back as they don't respond to email and phones.
After a long follow up and reminders BookmyHoliday says they can only give a ucb bag what they say to worth Rs 1100. I thought let it be something rather than nothing for paying Rs 7000 and sent my consent along with address details. Again the old story no reponse for almost 2 weeks. After reminders read more...

This company and its partner bookmyholiday seem to be very bad companies
After this review the company executive contacted me. Nothing could be done but I think its good at least they are concerned about the customer satisfaction.
