I have done shopping with Bajaao couple of times, and here is my take on it.
If you place an order, and the item exists in their inventory, all is well! Unless, of course, the item shipped is defective and you may have to return it.
If the item is not in their inventory, you stand a very good chance for being taken for a ride. When I say ride, it literally could mean multitude of commitments, and absolutely NO action!
Assuming you order a bundle, and one of the item in the bundle is not available, you will go for even a worse ride. I mean literally a worse ride. Multiple phone calls, multiple commitments, multiple dates, and NO action. I ordered a Fender Squier Bullet Stratocaster bundle which comprises of a Mustang I v2, and it never got dispatched even after almost a month. I cancelled it just before it became a month, and they were still giving me new dates on when it will be dispatched. So I got around 6 commitments, all of them did not live up to expectation from any angle. Customer service cares a hoot about customers. They sound professional on the phone, but guess what, I want my items delivered, and I do not care how well you talk. All talk and no action, makes Bajaao a stupid e-commerce setup.
Hence, be careful when you buy in to their words. They simply lie in your face without slight remorse of how bad a job they are doing in the name of customer service.
So, my verdict is they have a good collection of certain stuff, but horrible in terms of commitments.
