Just a small feedback on Bajaj Allianz Motor Insurance. I have a two wheeler and a car insurance with them and would like to share my experience.
Their customer service is pathetic. They cannot answer any queries related to premium amount, and always direct you to the branch office. In todays world, when people are so busy with their day to day work, do you think it is possible to spare time to get a simple query answered by going all the way to their branch office? Cmon we live in 21st Century.
Their mode of escalation is even pathetic. They say that it has been escalated and the matter has been looked on with priority. Unfortunately, such priority issues have a huge turnaround.
BTW, I still have not gotten any answer from them on my escalated priority query. SAD !
On the other hand, premium amounts for motor vehicle should go down as it is a depreciating asset (assuming you do not make any claims), but it is the opposite in Bajaj Allianz.
Guys, if you invest with Bajaj Allianz, please make sure that you take something in writing that the motor insurance premium should come down with every year provided you do not make any claims, or else you would be in the same position as I was. I went for a different insurer and would make sure that I move my car insurance as well when time comes.
PATHETIC customer service...pathetic grievance redressal system.
