Bajaj allianz motor insurance..do not ever take it

I am now really fed-up of following it up for my bajaj wave scooter insurance.

1) First I didn’t get any reminder for my insurance renewal, so it got expired. One month back, I personally went to Residency road, Bangalore office to renew my insurance policy. They charged the payment, did the vehicle inspection and then told that policy will reach me within 4 working days .

2) After 10 days, I got a call from Mrs. Renuka that by mistake photos of the vehicle have been deleted, so they need to take the photos of the vehicle again. Another careless attitude of bajaj allianz employees.

3) I co-operated and asked them to visit my office to inspect the vehicle again. One gentle man called Mr. Sunil came after 5 days and 4 phone call to reinspect the vehicle again. Again another careless attitude.

4) Then after 5 days, I again got a call from Mrs. Renuka saying that engine no. on the old policy and the photograph do not match. I was harrassed and asked to contact RTO and Bajaj dealer for the mismatch in the engine no. without actually there was no mismatch. After so many phone calls and my valuable time, it was found out that this time agent Mr. Sunil has given somebody’s else photos to Mrs. Renuka.

5) Then I was told, I would be getting the insurance policy within next 4 working days..But already more than 15 days have passed, and I have still not received my new policy papers.

And if I now try to contact both Mrs. Renuka and Sunil, they keep on telling me that they will revert back to me. I never get a callback from both of these employees.

The premium of Rs. 874 is already paid for renewal of the policy with the following details:

Receipt no. 1701-00336359.
