No, its not a minor problem. Why are you not able to understand the problem? Do you think the service engineers are fool for keeping the scooter for 4-5 days and are not able to solve this minor problem. Coming to the suggestion given by Anand and Dhanu, actually nothing works. I believe it is a manufacturing defect. I totally agree with chidambara. I am facing same problems with the electronic start. I also get this small noise when you pickup the vehicle from the standstill or from a very low speed.
As said by jaideep and anand, new product takes time to stablise. But if it happens under warranty period itelf, you always feel cheated.
