No, its not a minor problem. Why are you not able to understand the problem? Do you think the service engineers are fool for keeping the scooter for 4-5 days and are not able to solve this minor problem. Finally you know what, they are replacing the complete electronic starter kit. My problem is not read more...
Coming to the suggestion given by Anand and Dhanu, actually nothing works. I believe it is a manufacturing defect. Kinetic honda/Honda Activa never had a problem in electronic start except in cold conditions or in morning time. Here we are talking about manufacturing defect in the starter kit, which read more...

I totally agree with chidambara. I am facing same problems with the electronic start. I also get this small noise when you pickup the vehicle from the standstill or from a very low speed.
As said by jaideep and anand, new product takes time to stablise. But if it happens under warranty period itelf, you always feel cheated.
