The product seemed to be initially very good and I found it very good for making cake batter.The potato chip maker is a laugh as it practically finely chops the potatoes. It would make good potato lachha not chips.Last time I took it out and poured in the ingredients and connected it, then turned the switch.
To my utter surprise, nothing happened and I had to everything manually. It has still one year of full warranty left. The power light is on but no action on turning the knob.Presently it is dead.The second problem arose when I contacted the helpline and registered my complaint.
The chat feature on the internet is quite good and easy to use but when they tell you 2 working days they sure as hell don’t mean it. It has been 3 working days, two reminders but no response. There are no further points of contact given where one can raise the level of the complaint. You are stuck with the basic level helpline!
