SCAM: did not deliver order and NO REFUND

This was my first order with banarasee.in(https://banarasee.in/). I have placed order on 12th July 2018 and I have not received order or the refund as promised.


After 2 weeks of order placement, Got SMS about the tracking number however item never received. When I called the customer care number(which is hard to reach), they said they said they will refund in few days as item came back to them as "they were unable to deliver".


After 2 days, I messaged them about the refund status and they said item is out for delivery and cant be refunded. when we persuade for refund, they said reject the delivery we will give refund.


Its been back and forth since then no refund.


Meanwhile, we started getting unsolicited sms and calls with various offer from random numbers of KARTROCKET.com. Their language was rude and they verbally abuse when we reject offer. and we find out Banarasee.in and kartrocket.com are partner companies.


BEWARE, DONOT SHARE YOUR LOVED ONES(wife, daughter) CONTACT DETAILS ALONG WITH ORDER ON THIS SITE.


We literally had to block because of verbal abuse.


It has been almost month now, I have not received no refund, neither product. and I am writing this post to aware potential buyers.


EXTRA PERKS: There is no order confirmation email and most of their products are non refundable(you need to really dig deeper to find out this).


I am not even sure they deliver items. These types of sites are fraud.


Website is registered on name of some SOLAR company which is closed now.

Therefore, as you rightly pointed out in the comments, we refunded your entire amount on 17th of Aug 2018 as promised by our support team.We deeply value and thrive on good customer feedback provided as a result of delivery of wonderful products and services. Thousands of satisfied customers from all across the globe will vie for that.
