As an update to this post, after month and half I received my refund from Banarasee.in. No confirmation/apologies nothing. so much for one online order.
I wanted to file a police complaint if verbal abuse continued, but I was out of India for while. And my wife for whom i bought gift from this website preferred blocking the unsolicited numbers.
