This movie was unexpectedly great. Everyone I know had watched it and given mixed reviews. So when I went to watch it, I expected nothing at all. And I was pleasantly surprised.
The twist to the plot, the sort of sinchronistic plot lines: very new, very artistic on the part of the director, very satisfying in the end.
Saif Ali Khan just exceeded my expectations as an actor in this film...he takes you on a rollercoaster ride in his relationship with you as you watch his story unfold: u like him, u are confused by him, u hate him, u feel sorry for him, u sympathize with him, u love him again...
In fact all the actors, the good people and the bad, are amazing at their parts...
I just think you should watch and appreciate how different this film is, it truly is an attempt at film noir, and viewers should realize it is a different genre of movie, and that is ok. There are mysteries, FILMI (which is a hodgepodge phenomenon really) there are comedies, and film noir. Being Cyrus is a breath of fresh air coming out of Bollywood. I’m excited to see more.
