I have a very very bad experience.
On 11/08/2012 I ordered 3 shoes - There were no updates till 13/08/2012 hence called up customer care they confirmed that product will be shipped today evening or tomorrow morning - on 14/08/2012 I saw status update shipped on 13/08/2012 was waiting for shipping details but no mail, later on status updated to close. There was no communication like courier name and AWB no. hence again called up customer care and come to know they have dispatched partial order means only 2 shoes. According to them one shoe failed Quality check. There was no communication from then regarding this.
I have called up several time but they never transfer calls to their seniors, they promise to arrange call back but they never call you back. Sent few mails but no revert. Customer care people lies most of the time. Still waiting for a product and refund.
Flipkart / Ebay is the Best ! even SnapDeal is far better than this.
This is worst online shopping company I don’t trust it at all, This was my first experience and off course last.
