I think they give Quality Check Failure reason to every alternate customer ! I think they are using our money for free for some days.

Actually customer care is careless ! I have called up several time but they never transfer calls to their seniors, they promise to arrange call back but they never call you back. Sent few mails but no revert. Customer care people lies most of the time. Still waiting for a product and refund. read more...
