I am back once again but this time as a fresher on forum I really dont have a clue which category to select to write this review. May be some policy issue which mouthsut may face but I still feel it to bring to notice of all ppl of this beautiful forum that we must have a a seperate category to write review upon the companie or organization we have worked in....may be my trusted member or memeber who have trusted me would be kind enough to put this across to the concerened people.
I am suggesting this because inmodern day scenario and with modern concept of management we all r internal customer and so is company an internal customer to its employee and this should qualify it for a consumer item and thus this category should find its designated space on tis forum..
So I am gonna write a review about my company i.e is about the organization I work in for...its one of the biggest In its sector and is named as daksh e services.
Business area: BPO or inother word its a call center which deals in providing an array of service in business process outsourcing. It has a very strong base and has grown magnificiently in a short span of time since its inception four years ago.
Location : It is located in heartland of modern bustling suburbs of delhi called as gurgaon. Rest is company confidential I cannot reveal the details.
work culture : It is truely a people’s company. Superiors management is easily accesible no sir or madam culture allon first name basis. Very youthful enviorment and it is one company which can boast of employeesatisfaction. Regular parties outing and casual work enviorment makes sure that employees dont become just dull employer but are fulfilled withenergy. These events also make sure that employees are satisfied and fresh once again take on the job responsibilities with fresh vigour and zeal. This company truly believes in ’’WORK HARD PARTY HARDER’’.
Well to be honest with u guy as I am writing this review there is so much I want to share with u guys ...but as I decide to write one thing I realize it may be company confidential or it is something which should not be divulged about. Do I feel that nmay be suggestion in beginning to have a seperate category would be bit difficult but yes if ppl feel that this should be a seperate category. I would certainely be one to write lot and lot of reviews.
