Funny and realistic movie

I thoroughly enjoyed this film.  I expected it to be just another slapstick comedy.  It was certainly a comedy but with serious, realistic undertones.  Mr Pathak who acts as the main Bheja Fry character did an extraordinarily splendid job. This was no easy role to play.  Milind Soman, contrary to expectation, also fitted his role to a tee.  So did the person who acted as the rich Sindhi industrialist, dont remember his name.

I have personally experienced that very rich people with lots of money to throw around, do also behave in the manner depicted in this film i.e. invite a perceived buffoon and get entertained by making fun of him.  The film was initially a bit slow but once it picked up, it was enthralling.  The first half an hour could have been drastically cut down.  Overall excellent viewing, far superior to the current crop of so called comedies which are nothing but resounding bores.
