Good advice What a sad but familiar sounding story. Yes, youngsters do not think about how their impulsive behaviour would affect their parents. Once they become parents, they will understand, but by that time it could be too late.

Well Sukanya it is all a matter of taste at the end of the day, and it is always each to their own preferences. It was not just the crowds or lack of service I found deficient. Nice review, however on my three visits there, I have seen from the boat: sambhar, wild boar, bisons and elephants on the same shore. Informative review. I suppose this will be convenient for anyone in BLR as it is close by, but it does not sound the same as a visit to say Bandipur or Nagarhole, Mudumalai. This report is very useful in that it would convince people not to go there! The black sticky stuff sounds like oil slick and as you say it is littered. Not a very exciting sounding beach at all. Actually, I dont trust any of these on line shopping sites. If you cant see the product physically, God knows what they will give you. Photos always look better than what they really give. Bad luck but take it as a lesson learnt and it was not such a large amount.
