These companies/websites will use every tactic to con you of your hard earned money.
Also Bhutantravelagency.com uses a gal called SONAM WANGMO to chat on their website, this name has been created and a fake pic put on the profile is to cheat people to believe that someone actually from bhutan is chatting online whereas its someone who’s based out of india.
This travel agency is being handled by Negi and Karma tsering so better be careful while booking through them as they will cheat you at every level right from hotel booking to airlines. you can definitely find better tour operators. They don’t have any dedicated person in bhutan and they have only tie ups. they are complete cheats and will put you in inferior rooms saying that they have put you in 3 star hotels
They also con you on the air tickets and they will charge you an amount saying that its a discounted rate for indian nationals, whereas the rates are different. These guys don’t give any invoice for the air fare.
They are a bunch of complete crooks and will swindle your hard earned money. The best part of all this is that the correspondence is handled by a fake identity called SONAM WANGMO who also has got a fake linkedin profile.
