Also Bhutantravelagency.com uses a gal called SONAM WANGMO to chat on their website, this name has been created and a fake pic put on the profile is to cheat people to believe that some read more...

I had a similar experience and I am filing a case against them in the consumer forum in Mumbai. Guys dont bend down, its your right and also these are all paid up stuff which we have bought with our hard earned money. I m going to expose these crooks soon. Kindly do the same

Hi, I have faced similar experience, you can read my review of the same packers. Worst is an understatement and their MD is the most non responsible and hopeless guy. Kindly file a case in the consumer court of the service and claim damages.
