Normally I purchase almost every item from my nearest Malleswaram, bangalore Big bazar. Our company is giving monthly Rs. 2500/- worth sodexo food coupons. Since, January - 2012, they stopped accepting sodexo food coupons. We are facing problem because of this. And also, at their customer desk, service is very poor. Customers have to wait for more time to get their problems solved. Door delivery service also attached to the same counter. The people sitting there are not having any respect towards customers and they don’t have patience also. But, still Bigbazar is good.
