When metro adlabs reopened with so much fan fare I was extremely happy. and I took my wife along to be amongst the first to experience the new metro. I was well and truly disappointed. there is absolutely no leg room between two rows of seats. forget about tall people, average height people also cannot sit comfortably without their toes being trampled upon. the food my good - the prices are shocking. rs. 100 for a tub of popcorn!! what daylight robbery in the name of food. all other foods are also similarly priced.
You may buy a ticket for Rs. 160 - 180 but when u choose to eat at metro ur wallet will sure feel much lighter than it should have been. it has zero ambience and u really dont enjoy as a result of extremely bad leg room. further, if ur running late for the movie, then I suggest never try to park in the metro car park as u will have to wait for ages just to enter that lane. try to park near bombay hospital or if ur going at night then on the footpath opposite metro heading towards fashion street. in fact, the metro valet parking is a farce. they make u pay Rs. 30/- in advance for 4 hours and this is non refundable so dont go to park there in case you still have to buy a ticket.
