I have been trying to get to BigTV customer care far last tow days and have tried calling atleast 100 times.. and not even a single time the call has gone through. Now even there website is not taking feedback.... it gives error saying trying again later... :))
I am waiting for installation call and guess what... no one has called yet... so I am still waiting.If they were not ready with the whole setup then why the hell did they launch it...?
I am not sure if this is initial glitch or this is how its going to be... I had heard loads of bad feedback for Reliance mobile earlier... so I guess thats how Reliance customer care is. I think these guys should send someone to look at Airtel broadband customer service. Even if they acheive 25% of that... it will be more than satisfactory.
I should have gone with tata sky.. atleast they were promising to install it same day... how stupid of me.Do these guys have any return policy? After initial struggle for getting the installation done... I am again suffering from THE WORST customer care you will ever see. My BIG TV susbcritption worked for some 15 days and after that one day it started giving error that "please susbcribe for this channel" for all the channels. Since I had to go out of station at that time I tried calling custome care few times but couldnt get them.
I came back home after 15 days and the BIG TV was still as USELESS as it could be. This time I called customer care multiple times and finally got hold them. I lodged my complain on 7th of Oct and today is 14th Oct and I still dont have BIG TV working. Yesterday finally I lodged a new complain/request to remove this CRAP from home and return my money.... but I dont think these guys even look at any of the complains.. they only take and next time you call they will update and it will remain in the same status till you call again....Anyways, I guess I have lost my 2000/- and should forget about it... thankfully I hadnt disconnected my old cable connection...
