After initial struggle for getting the installation done... I am again suffering from THE WORST customer care you will ever see. My BIG TV susbcritption worked for some 15 days and after that one day it started giving error that 'please susbcribe for this channel' for all the channels. Since I had t read more...
Gautham, I already have work order number which I got after 2 days of constantly trying to get to customer care.... not to mention that I would have spend alteast 80-90 minutes of listening to reliance tune... And I do have airtel postpaid mobile as well landline and I have tried through v read more...
